Here you can talk about anything related to the Exchange 2007/2010 Unified Messaging and Communications role.  That includes VOIP Phones, Soft Phones, Instant Messaging, Voicemail, Outlook integration, and Status indication questions.  This also includes hardware and software related questions…pretty much anything that has to do with a Unified Messaging and Communications role is good to ask here.
